Support agreements.
It is agreed between A and B, husband and wife, and C
as follows:
C has now arrived at an advanced age in life, and
desires to live with A and B in their home, where he [she] can be comfortable
the remainder of his [her] life, and to that end has assigned and transferred
to A and B certain notes and mortgages belonging to him [her], and does assign
and transfer to A and B all other property of every kind, if any, which C now
has or may acquire, to compensate A and B for furnishing to him [her] a home
with them, and for agreements on their part set forth, and the performance of
them, and C is now living with A and B in their home under an arrangement
between them.
Now, A and B, in consideration of the premises,
jointly and severally agree with C that he [she] may live in their home with
them during the remainder of his [her] life, and during all that time they will
furnish him [her] with a comfortable home with them or with the survivor of
them, and that on his [her] demise, they will pay the expense of his [her]
funeral and burial. C confirms transfer of his [her] property to A and B for
the purposes set forth.
