receipts, and full acquittance and discharge for all moneys, debts, demands of

due, owing or belonging to me from the trust estate created under and by virtue
of the last will and testament of _________, deceased, or from the estate of my

my personal appearance in any suit at law, or in equity, or special statutory
action, in any court, when the same concerns the trust estate or the estate of

notice or notices arising out of, or concerning any such suit at law, or in
