of employment by corporation
Agreement made this _________ day of _________,
_________[year], between _________ Company, a corporation created and
existing under the laws of the State of _________, referred to as employer [or
master or principal or company], and _________, of _________, referred to as
employee [or servant or agent or manager], provides that:
1. In consideration of the mutual agreements, employer
[or whatever term is used in commencement to designate] hires and employs
employee [or whatever term is used in commencement to designate], and employee
[or _________] agrees to work for and enter the service of employer [or
_________], under the following terms agreed upon.
2. Employee is engaged to work in the capacity of
_________[state nature of work.]
3. The place where the work is to be done and the
services rendered is the City of _________, State of _________.
4. Employee shall enter into the service and commence
work on the _________ day of _________, _________[year], and the
employment shall continue for the period of _________ unless sooner terminated
as provided and for any further period as is provided.
5. Employee agrees as follows:
a. To devote his [her] entire time, skill, labor and
attention to employment, during the term of this employment. The words
"entire time" are intended to mean _________.
b. To observe working hours which shall be from
_________ to _________ on weekdays and from _________ to _________ on
Saturdays.
c. Not to, either during the term of the employment or
at any time afterward, disclose to any person, firm or corporation any

d. Not to engage, on the termination for any cause

e. That any inventions by employee during the term of

6. Employer agrees as follows:

b. To give employee _________ weeks' vacation each
year during the life of this contract, without deduction of compensation, the

terminate.
b. In the event of the death or total incapacity for
