Substitution of
obligation.
NOVATION
Agreement made _________[date], between

_________[address], City of _________, County of _________, State of

The parties stipulate and recite that:
A. _________[obligor] and _________[obligee]
entered into a contract, referred to as the original contract, on _________,
19__. A copy of the original contract is attached and incorporated by
reference.
B. A dispute has arisen as to the obligations owed by
_________[obligor] to _________[obligee] under the terms of the
original contract.

desire that the obligations owed under the original contract be specifically
defined.
For the reasons recited above and in consideration of
the mutual covenants contained in this novation, the parties agree as follows:
