Sur l’universalité et transposabilité de la méthode de
prise de décision
La méthode de sélection mise en œuvre par le Charly’s Angels

diplômés d’école de commerce (âgés de moins de 35 ans), porteurs de projets à
fort potentiel de développement.
Dans cette logique, la prise de participation significative,
dans le projet potentiellement retenu, est déterminante dans un souci de
transmission du savoir et de l’expérience entrepreneurial aux futurs chefs
d’entreprises.
Ce processus, élaboré par Charly, notre Business Angel,
tout en permettant un retour sur investissement important, est parfaitement
transposable à toute aire géographique, afin de développer une politique
sociale cohérente avec les enjeux économiques de la société contemporaine.
Sur la participation au projet sélectionné
La prise de participation significative dans les projets
soumis à la sélection est un élément déterminant de la politique
d’investissement choisie par le Charly’s Angels Group.
En effet, le Charly’s Angel Group a développé une politique
d’investissement basées les objectifs économiques et sociaux chers à son
fondateur :
- L’aide à
l’insertion, au sein du tissu économique local, de jeunes diplômés d’école de
commerce (âgés de moins de 35 ans), porteurs de projets à fort potentiel de
développement ;
- La
transmission du savoir et de l’expérience entrepreneuriale aux futurs chefs d’entreprises ;
- Un retour
sur investissement de 12 à 18 % selon le risque encourus dans le secteur.
La réalisation de cette politique passe nécessairement par
une prise de participation significative dans le projet soumis à la sélection,
tant au niveau capitalistique que managérial, afin d’apporter son expertise et
de pérenniser le développement dudit projets.
Aussi, le Charly’s Angels Group souhaite détenir au moins un
tiers du capital et des droits de vote dans une société avec une responsabilité
limitée aux apports.
Sur l’évaluation de la solidité du projet
L’évaluation de la solidité du projet passe par l’examen de
différents critères basés sur l’étude du business plan.
Ainsi, le Charly’s Angels Group à la possibilité de jauger
la pertinence du dossier.
La clarté du business plan est déterminante de la solidité
du projet soumis au Charly’s Angels Group et s’exprime notamment par le degré
d’informations fournies, la structuration de ce document étant un avantage.
En effet, la solidité du projet passe par la présentation du
projet lui-même, la réalisation d’une étude de marché et d’une étude marketing,
afin de mettre en perspective le projet par rapport à la concurrence et aux
produits ou services existants qui auront été préalablement analysée.

projet

sur un diagnostique financier des projets présélectionnés.
Cette évaluation repose sur la cohérence des chiffres présentés
par les candidats et non pas sur le fonds.
Il est donc nécessaire de tenir compte de la difficulté de
réalisation de prévisions fiables quant à une entreprise inexistante, ainsi que
la propension des candidats à surestimer les chiffres prévisionnels soumis à la
sélection dans le Business Plan afin de rendre leur projet le plus attirant
possible.
Ainsi, la cohérence des chiffres du Business Plan est
analysée à différents niveaux :
- Comparaison
des chiffres prévisionnels du Business Plan avec ceux d’entreprises existantes
du secteur, afin d’examiner leur similarité ;
- Dans
l’hypothèse où aucune entreprise similaire n’existe (projet de création complètement
innovant, création d’un besoin), le Charly’s Angels Group relativisera les prévisions.
L’investissement du Charly’s Angels Group étant limité à une
durée de 5 à 8 ans, le projet soumis doit être en mesure d’atteindre sa
maturité avant la sortie du capital (3 à 6 ans).
La rentabilité demandée par le Charlys Angels Group n’est
pas figée, mais elle doit tout de même être bien réelle. Elle dépendra
essentiellement du succès de l’entreprise.
Aussi, le profit tiré de l’investissement réalisé par le
Charly’s Angels Group est composé, d’une part, par une rentabilité annuelle
lissée sur la période d’investissement se situe entre 12 et 18 %, et d’autre
part, par une plus value sur la cession des titres de la société au moment de
la sortie.
Bien évidemment, la distribution de dividendes aux associés
